Watch Ed turn a US #2 needle on his lathe: Ed Lathe-Turns a needle

Custom Orders considered, if you need an unusual length or size, please ask. (No guarantee Ed will make it.)

NEWS ALERT!
Thanks for all the well wishes on our daughter's wedding. It was a lovely wedding on a beautiful day.
At this time we are earnestly gearing up for Sock Summit 09. We have not been able to build up any stock for the show so Ed is now dedicating certain days to making items just for the show. He will try to keep up with individuals' orders as best as possible.

As of June 22: Until the Sock Summit is over Ed will no longer make items for wholesale orders. All wholesale orders which come in between now and August 9th will be delayed until after Sock Summit 09.  For quality control, and sanity's sake, we had to make this decision.

High demand for our products makes it hard to forecast the waiting period. Please expect at least two weeks.

S&H  $3.50 for the first couple of sets.

Small Circular Needles:  $32  Lengths: 16", 24", 32", 40", 45" (measured tip to tip)
For a circular needle to work in the round the combined needle body lengths must be less than half the total length i.e.
Each needle body for a 16" Circular will be approximately 3.75" long.  A 24" circular will have appr. 5.5"L needles.
If they were any longer the needle tips would not meet, or put a huge strain on the join causing it to eventually snap.

Custom order the length you need + $2 and up depending on length.
No personalization on needles #2 - #11. It's been a challenge to find an ink that writes and stays on the exotic hooks.
At this time we can not guarantee that the written size is permanent.

Jenkins products are not mass produced, machine manufactured items. Ed turns each  needle on his lathe.  After Ed sands them
they are passed on to Wanda who buffs and handwrites the size on each. The first coat of finish is applied then they hang to dry
for at least 24 hours. They are again inspected for catches, buffed again, coated with a different type of finish and hung to dry.
They receive one last buffing before being packaged.
