Jenkins Violin Stand

Ed made this stunning violin stand for Wanda's Christmas gift.

The violin sits snuggly in the box, the bow rests in a clever little attachment to the side which can be taken off. I love having the violin so readily accessible.

The dovetail work and the figured wood is just breathtaking. Ed bought the maple harvested it just up the road from our place.

The first ones Ed made was a year ago when a cellist commissioned him to make a cello, viola & violin stands for him & his wife.
