We regret to announce that Ed has discontinued making shuttles.

This was not an easy decision for us as he has been successfully been making shuttles productively for more than 7 years. But with the popularity of our Turkish spindles, and other fiber arts tools, he had to let something go. Shuttles were the most reasonable choice as they are very time consuming to make well and use a large piece of wood. In the past few months wood prices, and the cost for shipping it to us, have continued to escalate thereby reducing our profit margin considerably.

If orders ever slow down again to the place that we're not often back-ordered several weeks he may add them back to the line-up for individual buyers.
